Ronnalyn lives with her parents. She has one brother and three sisters. She is the only one who is deaf in the family, and to communicate better with her they have made improvised signs in the household. Her father recently started working in an ice plant while her mother continues with the farming. Ronnalyn works hard in school knowing the sacrifice her parents have made for her to be there. She is smart, and her teachers say she picks up new lessons quickly. She enjoys studying their English subject. When she is home during weekends, she helps her mother with chores. At the dorm she is self-reliant with all her tasks. She loves to spend her free time with her friends playing outdoor games. Her favorite color is red.
