Noe Val is a responsible young man who is living with his parents. He has 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He is the only child who’s deaf in the family and to communicate with each other better they have made improvised signs in the household. His mother is the one who mainly provides the family’s needs by working as house help in their relative’s house. In school, Noe Val is often observed participative in class. He enjoys learning math. According to his mother he always urges her to bring him to school and dislikes being absent. At the dorm he is friendly and often spends his free time playing outdoor games with the other deaf kids.
