Paul Jay is a playful but sweet young boy. He belongs to a family of 6 and has 1 brother and 2 sisters of which 1 is also deaf. Farming is the family's main source of income. Paul Jay's older deaf sister, Jazel, is at Bohol Deaf Academy. Paul Jay was a little bit shy when he first returned to school after the pandemic, but he slowly interacted with his classmates and adjusted to the classroom setting. He participates in classroom activities and was commended by his teachers for being prepared for the class. Paul Jay enjoys learning English and spending time playing with his friends. His favorite color is blue.
