Chelseah was diagnosed with profound hearing loss at six months old because of the adverse effects of medicine. At first, the family could not accept that their child was deaf. But as time went by, they slowly realized and accepted their child's condition and supported her with her educational needs. Her father works as a construction worker, while her mother is self-employed and sells woven mats. She has 1 brother. The parents can earn money, but their income is unstable, and they cannot cover all their daily needs. Chelseah is sweet and quiet and enjoys playing with her friends. Her teacher likes her for being an active participant in the classroom and being respectful to others. Chelseah enjoys learning sign language, and her favorite color is orange.
